Policies
We take order by phone with payment.
Due to high demand, wedding cake orders have a non-refundable initial deposit to hold the date. The final balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the event.
We deliver cakes that are $350 and above. In addition, there will be a delivery fee depending on the location of drop-off and date of your event. Full payment is required a week prior to the event.
Due to the amount of time we spend on each cake, a minimum of one week is required for custom designs. Please note that during busier seasons, we may not be able to honor all special design requests if we are not given enough time.
Cancellation
Standard cakes:
No refund after 3 days from the contract date.
Custom cakes:
Non-refundable or changes on custom cakes 5 days prior to pickup date.
No refunds for cakes ordered by phone within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for any damage on cakes that are transported by the client.
We are not responsible for fresh flower arrangements on the cake by florist or client.
